Today I found an old article announcing the death of Mr Peter Tay Liang Choong.
He was the Principal when my sister and I studied at Xishan Primary School. He served the school from 1991 to 1997.
As stated in the obituary, Mr Tay passed away on 25 December 2019 at the age of 82.
